Traditional Chinese painting

太极拳
太极拳是始建于清朝初期的一门武术。它始创于河南陈家沟，并在那里秘密相传了200多年。太极拳既有武术的外在表现，同时又被证实具有良好的健身养生的作用。它适合任何年龄和性别的人们练习。技击不是太极拳的唯一目的，练习者可以根据自己的需要来决定怎样看待这门技艺。
TaiChi boxing arts
Taijiquan is originally a martial art whose roots date back to the beginning of the Qing dynasty period. It was developed in the Chen Village in Henan Province, China, and remained a closely guarded secret of the Chen family for more than two centuries. While taijiquan has the external expression of a martial art, it can be argued that the most important gains achieved from its practice are those of health and longevity. It can be practised by anyone regardless of age or gender. Martial skill is not the sole aim of taiji practise. It is up to the individual to decide what to look for in this art.
剪纸
剪纸是以剪刀、刻刀等工具，以纸为材料进行剪、刻、撕等艺术加工，把纸张剪刻成花草、鸟兽、虫鱼、人物等形象的一种民间工艺，是一种富有装饰情趣的平面造型艺术品，是极具中国特色的艺术形式。
